About Sidney Smith Taylor
Sidney is a multi-passionate creative originally from Southern Illinois, but now calls Oklahoma home. She graduated from Angelo State University with a degree in Fine Art and an emphasis in graphic design.
Although she has had a passion for creating from a young age, her art journey did not begin until recent years. Before becoming a mom and navigating her artistic passions between nap times, she was an elementary art teacher.
Sidney is best known for her colorful, acrylic landscapes. With a passion for nature and sunset skies, her original landscapes celebrate the beauty and connection of the natural world. Sidney is currently in the process of painting the National Parks, with a hope that her colorful and whimsical interpretations of these beautiful places will portray the importance of each park.
She also offers custom pet portraits, custom wedding paintings, and even some handcrafted earrings. All of Sidney's original paintings, prints, and custom works are available in her Etsy shop.
